  • Can I pay in installments and not all at one time?

    Yes, through a third-party app such as Klarna or PayPal credit, so long as your credit checks out. 

  • Can I return the merchandise if something is wrong?

    Yes, but you must provide a reason, a valid receipt, and the merchandise boxed and shipped as it was. 

  • Is there free shipping?

    Yes, we use USPS. If, by chance, you would like quicker shipping (faster than 3 – 5 business days), you would need to pay for it. The pricing would then be adjusted in your sales bill. 

  • If I buy two fireplaces, would I receive a deal?

    Yes, the third would be half-off.
